Building relationships with investors is one of the tasks of concern to the Company. Through such communications, the Company provides strategic information that integrates financial, communications, marketing and legal compliance that also allows for two-way communication between companies, investors and the public.

Investor Relations is part of the Corporate Secretary which bridges management with investors and the public about the Company.

The Company seeks to increase transparency and corporate disclosure through the consistent function of Investor Relations.

To apply the principles of openness and transparency to any bank activities, especially those of a material nature, Investor Relations seeks to deliver information in a timely and balanced manner through various means of communication, and through exposure activities of the Company’s performance and prospects.

In order to fulfill the disclosure obligation, the Company continuously reports both routine and incidental to Shareholders.
