\nPurpose of the establishment of PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama Cendana <\/strong>is to carry out the mandate Perda No. 1 of 2006 and its amendment dated April 26, 2007 in East Java DPRD plenary session in 2007, to get a Participating Interest (PI) 2.2423% in Cepu together with other local enterprises who gathered in Cooperation Body (BKS) PI 10% , In accordance with the applicable Laws and Gas Law No. 22 of 2001, PP 35 of 2004, the PSC Contract in the mining area, it must be in the form of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and must not have other business units except the Working Interest in the Block.<\/p>\n

\nStanding on May 25, 2005 and getting a Participating Interest (PI) of 10% in the Madura Offshore Block together with other regional BUMDs (PT. Wira Usaha Sumekar, BUMD Sumenep Regency) which are collected in the PI 10% Cooperation Agency (BKS).<\/p>\n

Madura Offshore PSC is operated by Santos (Madura Offshore) Pty Ltd representing Madura Offshore PSC Joint Venture which consists of three Companies, namely Santos (Madura Offshore) Pty Ltd (67.5%), Petronas Carigali (PC) Madura Ltd (22.5%) and PT. Petrogas Pantai Madura (10.0%).<\/p>\n

The shareholding of PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama<\/strong> is 51% and PD Sumekar (Pemkab Sumenep) is 49%.<\/p>\n

Based on Deed No. 09 dated 05 December 2018 made by Notary Evie Mrdiana Hidayah, SH in Surabaya and Republic of Indonesia Minister of Law and Human Rights Decree No. AHU-0000772.AH.01.01.EAR 2019 dated January 8, 2019. The shareholding of PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama<\/strong> is 51% and PT. Geliat Sampang Mandiri (Sampang Regency) is 49%.<\/p>\n

\nEstablished on May 14, 2019. Based on Deed No. 11 dated May 14, 2019 made by Notary Evie Mardiana Hidayah, SH in Surabaya and Republic of Indonesia Minister of Law and Human Rights Decree No. AHU-0027317.AH.01.01.EAR 2019 dated May 29, 2019. The shareholding of PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama<\/strong> is 51% and PD. Sumber (BUMD Bangkalan) 49%.<\/p>\n

PT. DELTA ARTHA BAHARI NUSANTARA <\/strong>
\nPT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara <\/strong>was founded on 27 April 2000 with Deed No. <\/span>3 by Notary Soraya, SH, which was later acquired PT. Jatim Energy Services<\/strong> in 2006 and had undergone several changes its Articles of Association.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara <\/strong><\/span>as a subsidiary of PT. Jatim Energy Services<\/strong><\/span>, its business is concentrated into a services provider in the field of storage tanks for fuel and other liquid materials, leasing dock for special interests as well as in transportation.<\/span><\/p>\n

By decree of the Minister of Transportation No: KP 1009 Year 2011 dated December 21, 2011, PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara <\/strong><\/span>has obtained a license as a Business Entity Ports (BUP), thus the business of PT. The legal basis of Deed of Establishment Number 37 dated January 28, 2006 by Wachid Hasyim, SH, Notary in Surabaya, then underwent Deed No. 39 dated January 30, 2006 by the same Notary and Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Law and Human Rights Decree No. C-09828.HT.01.01. 2006, on April 6, 2006. The ownership of PT. Petrogas Jatim Utama<\/strong> was 73.32%, PT Capito Haes 24.85% and PT Delta Anugerah Bhakti Nusantara 1.83%.<\/p>\n
